How We Work

Our project team will work with you to customize Zack.ai using a streamlined development process.


We start each project defining the needs of your business, employees and customers. Once the use cases and needs are defined, our data scientists starts collaborating close with your internal teams and we deep dive to user texts. The first aim is to identify the intents of a user conversation to be able to train Zack.ai and support the unsupervised learning process.


Zack.ai extracts intents and questions from user texts, correcting and normalizing the conversations that later on funnels to the root words. This allows us to transform texts to the cloud platform. Zack.ai Bots connect directly to Watson Conversation Assistant through the IBM Cloud Platform. The result is a seamless dialog between Zack.ai, your customers, consumers and the systems.

GÖRKEM GÜVEN Co-Founder, Investor
20+ years of experience in the semiconductor (microchip) business. Played a critical role in establishing Massachusetts based Hittite as a key player and its sale to Analog Devices in 2014. Continued in Analog management running RF and High Speed Systems serving wireless communications, industrial, automotive and IoT applications. Advisory member of Endeavor Turkey and member of Galata Business Angels, guiding, funding start ups and serving various board positions, mostly for AI and fintech sectors.

20+ years of internet & mobile experience in 30+ developed and emerging markets, with a strong performance and value creation record.
